Linda Davey

Currently the Executive Chef at KAM Appliances, Linda Davey is a 30+ year veteran of the hospitality industry with a focus on food & beverage operations and customer service. She has worked in both large restaurant chains and small, local establishments, as well as contracted food service environments. In addition, Linda has taught courses in food safety, management, accounting, customer service, and basic food preparation skills at the college level as well as to industry professionals. Linda loves to cook and share new ingredients, skills & preparation techniques with home cooks and food enthusiasts and has conducted several local workshops including: cheesemaking, sourdough bread making, homebrewing (beer & kombucha), and basic food fermentation. Linda holds a BBA in Marketing and a MS in Hospitality Management, both from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
