Commercial Kitchen Facilities

CCCI works to coordinate commercial kitchen facilities, where entrepreneurs have a platform to launch their food-based products in a certified commercial kitchen. We are also working towards building a Commercial Kitchen Incubator to specifically address the needs of creative food businesses.

Education for Makers

With our workshops and those of our collaborators, we help those with culinary talent round out their skills for business, marketing and other subjects that help make a new venture successful.

Building Community

A successful culinary enterprise requires a community of service providers, mentors, advisors, and especially the foodies who ultimately support the venture. We coordinate events to meet the makers, and provide a host of resources to help makers succeed.
