Board Member Denise Labarre shares a family favorite recipe from her mother.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs white fish, haddock works well
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon lemon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon finely chopped onion, or shallot
½ teaspoon of thyme or tarragon
Dash paprika
Few grinds fresh black pepper
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400
Place fish on baking sheet lined with foil.
In a small bowl add mayonnaise, mustard, water and lemon juice, stir until combined. Stir rest of ingredients into mayo mixture. Spread mixture on fish and bake until flaky.
