Barnstable, MA – Located within KAM Appliances at 6 Aggregate Way, Hyannis, Cape Cod Culinary Incubator will open its kitchen on May 12, 2022 beginning with scheduled tours and member orientations. The approximately 1500 sq. ft. kitchen features double-stacked convection ovens, proofing/baking ovens, steam oven, 6 burner gas range, 30 gallon steam kettle, tilt skillet/braiser, griddle, fryolators, walk-in cooler and freezer, mixers, and more.
The kitchen will be available for rent by members who have completed an application, obtained proper permits and insurance, and submitted all required documentation to Cape Cod Culinary Incubator. Cape Cod Culinary Incubator was founded in 2013 as the Commercial Kitchen Cooperative of Cape Cod by Lee Hill. In 2019, the organization changed its name and began working with KAM Appliances to develop a kitchen space.
