Denise is the past President of PFLAG Cape Cod (Parents, Friends and Family, Lesbians and Gay). She served on the Cape Cod Pride committee for three years, then the Board for one year. Serves on the committee for the Transgender Day of Remembrance. She also served on the Lakewood Hills Property Association Board in her neighborhood for 18 years. She also worked at the Bootstrap Farm store which connects food enthusiasts in our community with clean, local food. Denise is a Leader in her Buddhist organization which is dedicated to respecting the dignity and equality of human life. She is a foodie, and her passion is baking.
