Cape Cod Culinary Incubator is a food business incubator dedicated to helping local culinary entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Through access to shared-use commercial kitchen space, education, and a supportive community, we provide the tools food startups need to launch and grow on Cape Cod.

Founded in 2013 by the late Lee Hill, our organization was built on a vision of expanding opportunity within the region’s food economy. Today, that vision lives on through the Lee Hill Kitchen, our fully equipped commercial kitchen space that opened in 2022. This facility was made possible through the generous support of KAM Appliances, whose donation of construction and equipment helped turn a long-held dream into a reality.

Our mission is to support economic development by empowering Cape Cod’s food entrepreneurs through education, community, and access to shared-use kitchen facilities. From bakers and caterers to food truck operators and product creators, we serve individuals at every stage of their journey—whether they’re just starting out or scaling an existing business.

At Cape Cod Culinary Incubator, we believe that strong local food businesses strengthen the entire community. By lowering barriers to entry and fostering collaboration, we’re helping build a more vibrant, resilient, and diverse Cape Cod food economy.
